CharliTito Ortiz was born in Huntington Beach, California on 23 January 1975. Jacob Christopher Ortiz was his birth name. He lived in Huntington Beach before he moved to Santa Ana. Ortiz is half-Mexican and comes from his paternal lineage. His father was Sam Ortiz and he gave him the nickname Tito. Both of his parents were addicts to heroin, which made it difficult for him to become a teenager. He was also involved in bands. He also took cocaine as well as other drugs. When he was a kid the teen was taken to juvenile halls. His parents divorced when he was 13. He attended Huntington Beach High School where he wrestled. His mother removed him from school when he reached the age of 18. Paul Herrera encouraged Ortiz to keep wrestling and to attend college. He then got married for 5 years to Kristin, his first wife. After that, he got into an affair with Jenna Jameson. They had twins who were born to them. The couple split up. Amber Nichole Miller is currently in a relationship with Tito Ortiz.
